Terri,

Have you found licorice to be helpful for adrenals? And which form (candy or

herbal pills or tea)? Funny, licorice candy does not make me binge...I will eat

some and be satisfied and not want to eat bag after bag like I would with

regular

candy. <g> Shoot, I have not bought any licorice candy in a while and should

probably get another bag on the next shopping trip.

Usually what is in candy liquorice is an artificial flavor, not the

 

real stuff. Buy the herb. They have it in tea also. I

think it tastes

 

yucky.
