Does anyone have any suggestions to boost the immune system? I eat

healthy in general, but it is shot with the weather changing so much

Thanks,

Judy

Hi Judy. My parents are 81 and do not do flu shots and never get sick and I am

certain it is because they take colostrum daily. Prior to that, they were sick

every year. Now it has been years since they have had a cold, etc.

They use Immune Tree brand.

Blessings

Hi! has some very good herbs for immune support. One

of the most important is Licorice, which can be refined into a fairly

strong drug. It stimulates interferon production. Herbs are rarely

taken in isolation, though, usually in combinations. Our Chinatown here

has pre-packaged combos for seasonal tonics. I use their patent

medicines, with Gan Mao Ling, and Banlangen Complex, being my favourites

to treat colds, or prevent if I'm being exposed. You'll likely find

lots of info on the Web on T.C.M. Check it out! Stephen
