Guest guest
Hi Alobar, I agree with you, I have some kombucha tea that is about a month old and is pure vinegar, I use it in salads and its great for pickled beans etc. My family have been using kombucha vinegar for over 20 years, with no ill effects. It is drinking the kombucha as a 'tea' when it has turned to vinegar when the problems start. I have been told to drink 150ml 3 times daily - 450ml of vinegar a day would definitely create an acidity problem for me. > Hi Alobar, > I agree with you, I have some kombucha tea that is about a month old and is > pure vinegar, I use it in salads and its great for pickled beans etc. > My family have been using kombucha vinegar for over 20 years, with no ill > effects. >
