Guest guest
If you can get a prescription from a doctor you can also order Natural Progesterone Cream 3% from Women's International Pharmacy in AZ, 800-279-5708. Same amount of progesterone as the Emerita, just a lot less expensive. My GYN didn't believe the cream was the answer, but wrote me the Rx anyway since she said it would certainly be of no harm. It is DEFINITELy the thing that has controlled my hot flashes. I also recommend John Lee's book, What your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause. His theories make a lot of sense to me. And since I have a big fibroid uterine tumor, I certainly don't want more estrogen. I had a short spell of the dryness.. can't remember if I was using the progesterone at the time... and never since, so maybe that's the progesterone at work. good luck.
