However I know of no >controlled experiments along those lines. I though one of the purposes was to help control the body acidity to the proper level. This could all be hearsay evidence. That is the reasons I use some of the cider vinegar from time to time. I don't have any problems I am trying to correct with it. If I get a few extra mg of potassium, I don't even count it.
