Be sure to limit fish to the Omega 3 rich ones like salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, etc. > I have gout and hypoglycemia plus a newly acquired raging Hypoglycemia normally indicates you are insulin resistant which means your diet has too much total fat and too many high GI carbs. Do you know what the Glycemic Index is? Do you like olive oil? The hypoglycemia can be cured by dietary change involving very much reduced fat intake & much more cards from nutritionally dense veggies. You also need to be getting a good dose of fibre as it is only fibre which will carry unneeded cholesterol away. If your diet is fibre poor, the body will reabsorb the cholesterol it is trying to get rid of. Unlike fat, the body can't burn or breakdown cholesterol.
