It turned out delicious, but i was a little naughty, i (whisper) roasted

I am going to get some tomorrow......though i am pretty sure we don't get

the golden ones here, only the brown ones......and take a T daily, ground

up.

With all these goodies in me, i might be able to compete at the next

Olympics. <G>

Come on now..... you know better than that. Once a food is cooked, it

becomes a different food altogether.

Of course I love roasted sunflower seeds and roasted almonds.

 

But..... all the time I am eating them, I feel guilty knowing that I cannot

fool the body. Yes, I add a few roasted nuts to the trailmix from time to

time.

Gee, I am just trying to " live until the olympics " .

Today I cooked a squash and turkey, and instead of throwing all of the seeds

away, I ate a handful... it wasn't as bad as I thought they'd be. You sure

it's not poisonous? ;)
