For those who don't like fish or Omega 3 capsules it is a acceptable (better than nothing) source of Omega 3 LNA. The Canola we use has almost no tans fats (< 0.5 %), reduced Omega 6 LA and more Omega 3 LNA. We use extra virgin olive for taste, on salads and for dipping bread into then into Dukka. Delicious! Depends on the kind of tuna. Use the USDA online database to compare various tunas: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl Type in tuna then select what you want to see an analysis of.
