Rob,

Can you elaborate? The Omega 3 and Omega 6 thing confuses me to no end... I

vaguely remember reading about those in a book I have about how to eat according

to the Bible... maybe I'll look it up and type up the part about the Omega

oils. (And hopefully the religious bent won't offend anyone!! It's written by a

Christian Protestant doctor who did some research and found that, according to

his research, the Biblical Jewish dietary laws are actually quite beneficial and

healthy.... it was an interesting read, anyway!)

I know the book and it is great! Is it Dr Cherry's one that you are

referring to?
