Thanks. Hi Mindy, Goto: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl type in: egg raw yolk fresh Per 100 g of yolk: Omega 6 LA (18:2w6) 3.54 % Omega 6 AA (20:4w6) 0.438 % Omega 3 LNA (18:3w3) 0.10% Omega 3 EPA (20:5w3) 0.011 % Omega 3 DHA (22:6w3) 0.114 % Eggs and red meat are rich Omega 6 AA and may need to be limited to balance Omegas. PS: This USDA site is excellent for determining the nutrient content of most foods. I use it a LOT! Greg
