Hi Mr. Weber,

I went to the url you gave below & entered cider vinegar

then pressed the enter key, selected Tbs. & found just

as you said.

Cider vinegar has about 100 mg. of potassium but very

little else. Big surprise to me. I didn't want to believe it

but there it is.

Thanks,

ron

Evening Ron,

Well darn, the FDA must have been there. That is all they put in one

capsule.

Still, You have to take 30 tbs per day to get enough. Likely the Cider

Vinegar varies from

one batch or source to the other.

I have never made vinegar but have come real close when making

wine. Never have I made two batches alike.

Possibly the amount of Cider Vinegar we take per day would add up to 1/3

or so of the target amount? or..... possibly not?

As with so many other indispensable nutrients, raw vegetables, particularly

the dark and leafy green ones, are the best sources.

Ah, so you make wine, eh? That reminds me, I read somewhere that wine is

sometimes a good source of potassium, and that dry red wine can help people

with hyperinsulimia. I keep forgetting to buy some (not a big drinker myself,

and hubby prefers beer & hard liquor).
