Iodine Party

My understanding of the method described below is to test to see if the

individual is low in iodine....not to use it as a source for iodine. The sooner

the iodine disappears, the more iodine deficient the individual is...according

to literature I have read.

My mums old osteopath said to just paint some on the soles of your feet from

time to time. The iodine gets absorbed into the body, so what would be the

difference from this to any other source?
