You can buy a variety of trailmix products on the internet or at your

local Walgreen, Walmart, or Sams store.

I would try all of these to see which formulation you like best. I

never pass up a chance to try a different mix.

When arriving at your own best mix, keep in mind any health or nutrition

problems you want to address. Typically, I leave out the M & M products and

reduce the raisin ratio.

I add raw peanuts to mine whenever I have them.

Two of the best products are sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I have

eaten both of these as a " stand alone " food for years. Even when I am

forced to buy a pre made mix, I always add sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

I have been buying it from bulkfoods.com by the 10, 20, and 40 pound

lot. Not all this is for myself of course.

Once you get your mind ( and taste ) conditioned to trailmix and water, you

realize that many other foods are better left alone.

The amazing thing about trailmix is that when you get hungry, munch on 2 to

3 ounces of this stuff, drink plenty of water, and keep on going. Mealtime

never comes !

I lost about 35 pounds doing this within the last year. ( From 250 to 215 )

I still eat anything I want anytime I want. The important thing is that

when you are getting plenty of water and trailmix, you simply don't want

much other food.

Combine this with eggs, tuna, fruit, and other nuts and about two or three

conventional meals per week. Soon you will soon feel half your age.

Of course I realize that many individuals with various ailments or

digestive problems can't do this. They will have to work on their

malfunctions in order to take advantage of the trailmix.

Did you check my original recipe at www.fugitt.com/trailmix.htm ??

My original recipe is on that page.

Wayne
