Supplementing how? I mean, I know you're adding potassium...but in what

ways? What foods and/or potassium source, and approx. how many mg per day?

'Cause, like, the FDA limits the pills to 99 mg a day, and darned if I don't

wanna take 35 pills a day, know what I mean? :)

Dear Mindy,

Yes, I know what you mean.

I'm taking some of the approved 99mg. tablets and like

you am trying to figure out how to get what I need.

Shoot! I forgot to post the url for potassium recipes! here's the link:

http://www.krispin.com/potassm.html

Down near the bottom, there's a chart of foods, plus a handy recipe section

with total potassium content listed. I can't remember if she mentions it,

but low-sodium V8 juice is a pretty good way to supplement potassium... And

also, roasted (or raw) pumpkin seeds are another excellent source.
