I feel silly posting a list of which ones I take, because I vary it from day to day, so on one day I can take 10 and another day I'll take 20. Here's what I take pretty much every day: 1-2 doses of ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, and 81mg aspirin) 1-2 calcium pills, 600mg each magnesium 500mg coenzyme10Q 100mg vitamin C 1-2 grams SJW 3x daily GABA 500mg right before bed (it *really* helps with sleep) multivitamin then on alternating days/when I remember, I take: EFA (fish oil capsules) L-glutamine 500mg guggulsterones 250mg herbal thyroid supplement B-complex a few extra potassium pills (it is insane btw that they're mandated to be no higher than 99mg each) Glucosamine, Shark cartilage, and JellO when my neck starts hurting -- Mindy ----------------------- " ...that they may be one...
