Chelated minerals are more easily utilized by the body. In the case of magnesium, I think the aspartate form is even better. Starris

Guest guest
Magnesium is one of those nutrients that the companies avoid for some mysterious reason. You can find 1000 forms and brands of calcium, but magnesium has to be searched for. Jo mar is exclusively an amino acids company. - " Wayne Fugitt " <wayne Monday, November 12, 2001 8:57 AM JoMarLabs Site > Morning John, > > > > >As I write, I'm checking > >out > ><http://www.jomarlabs.com/prices.asp>http://www.jomarlabs.com/prices.asp > >. The use of this material was suggested by Dr. Hulda Clark. I know some of her ideas are far out, but I would hate to think she suggested a worthless nutrient. Still, I need to find a good source for mg and K in powder form. Any suggestions?
Guest guest
Wayne Go to http://www.beyond-a-century.com/ Good prices and service. Been using them for years. They have a selection of magnesium supplements. Chuck Whenever you're holding all the cards, why does everyone else turn out to be playing chess? Guest guest
Wayne I just checked them out. It's a great vitamin shop. Excellent prices, and interesting formulae. The only problem I saw, is that they apparently think amino-acids are only for body builders. Guest guest
Morning John, I just checked them out. It's a great vitamin shop. Excellent prices, and >interesting formulae. Yes, I placed an order yesterday. I am anxious to get the products. The one I am excited about is the one that helps allocate iron in the blood to proper and best usage. I think it is glutathione. Also ordered some acetylcysteine. ( I may have these two mixed up on which one handles the iron distribution ) This was a new aspect for me when I read about controlling the usage of iron in the body. It may have been over stated. Supposedly, the iron can be tied up so that bacteria and possibly virus cannot get the proper iron and they die. This sounded too good to be true. We need more research and documentation on this. > The only problem I saw, is that they apparently think >amino-acids are only for body builders. I noticed that also. Maybe we need to get Webster to redefine bodybuilders. With a new and broader definition, we are all bodybuilders of a sort, are we not? Of course I am trying to maintain what I have for as long as possible. Wayne
