Guest guest
Hi Frank You raise good points about commercial groups and web sites. I read them anyway because on occasion you might find a little gem of info. The key is what was " removed " from our diets for the sake of cheaper foods or longer shelf life. Here are 2 sites which are a MUST READ to begin to grasp the real cause. http://www.westonaprice.org/facts_about_fats/oiling.html http://www.mercola.com/beef/main.htm Rick califpacific wrote: > Dear Gail, > The reason that I started this group is that of most of the groups > that I found on the net either had > (1.) a hidden agenda of book sales, some product, or some program or > other. > or(2.) nice well run, well meaning groups, but with a narrow area of > discussion, who didn't permit much other discussion of other health > issues. > > I have come to think that a lot of our collective ills are > nutritionaly related.
