Hi Frank

 

You raise good points about commercial groups and web sites.

I read them anyway because on occasion you might find a little

gem of info. You are right the nutritional relationship with disease

is blatantly obvious if you understand what has happened over the

last several decades. The key is what was " removed " from our

diets for the sake of cheaper foods or longer shelf life.
