Charley Horses are generally a lack of potassium.

Dear ONes,

 

If I get a sharp Charlie Horse, I grab the calcium and magnesium bottle

and take about 1200 mgs of calcium and 600 mgs of magnesium, and my

Charlie Horse goes away.

 

When I had my eighth child, I was having Charlie Horses in both legs. If

I had only known what to do then.
