Hi Frank,

Thank you very much for the recipe I will have to try it out. As far as the

candles and sprays go I find that Lavender really helps, another essence

that I take is called Octillo, it helps too. Since being " diagnosed " with

fibromyalgia I have found that a lot of people suffer from it and there are

as many ways to treat it as people that have it. I've found that if I really

concentrate on getting enough sleep, eating, slight exercise (only about 3

minutes a day right now) and the aromatherapy that I have come close to

functioning normally again. Another thing that I use that has made all the

difference in the world is acupuncture. If I'm having a really bad day I

will spray lavender essence all over myself and put a few drops in a

diffuser (?) and within 10-15 minutes I'm calmer and more relaxed. If your

wife is sure she has fibromyalgia I would hope that she would continue going

for the tests it really is a relief to find out that there is a name that

goes along with the " misery " of the condition. All my best to her !!

Thanks again for the recipe

Warm Blessings

Trina :)

Greetings all,

I have a question to whomever, I have consulted my

doctor about the Master Cleanse as suggested in the

guidelines before starting it and he has advised me

not to do it, and so has my Physchiatrist. Can anyone

tell me why??? If it is so great then why did they

both say absolutely NOT!!...........Wondering in

Dear Robin,

With anything posted on this list, I suggest that you do research into

anything before you do it.

The procedure you mentioned was not promoted by the list, but was an

idea out forth by one member.
