It runs around $10 for a bottle of 100 capsules of 300mg. of royal jelly. Here while back I saw a comercial on TV about the benefits of using the non-freezed dried formula. It was suppose to be so much better for you. I decided to give it a try. I paid around $100 for a 3 month supply of even less potent (150mg.) form of royal jelly. I faithfully took it for the 3 months. I couldn't tell any difference at all. My bottle of 100 capsules will last me 100 days as I only take 1 capsule daily, all for the very small price of $10. " Is it worth the money? " I'm sure it will help your neighbor; it's good stuff. However, I think I'd have tried the less expensive first. In other words, say peanut butter gives you acne, eat peanut butter until you adjust and no longer get acne. Not that I recommend peanut butter as a food. I am just using peanut butter as an example. I believe it is better to improve your energy level of resistance by strengthening the imune system. Many people use Royal Jelly to strengthen their imune system. The queen bee is able to live five times longer by consuming Royal Jelly, but the secret ingretiant of royal jelly is probably pantothenic acid as it contains a large percentage of the b vitamin.
