I use one whole head of garlic and one medium onion and quadruple the other ingredients, except that I don't use asafaetida. One daughter uses this on her vegebergers. She like the onion and garlic unstrained, and so do the rest of us. SPACE SYRUP 2 ts diced fresh garlic 3 tbs olive oil 5 tbs pure clover honey 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1/2 ts cayenne (1/4 ts asafaetida=optional) 1/4 cup strong green tea, freshly made Saute garlic (I use onions, too) in olive oil for one minute. Then add other ingredienets. Simmer and cook over low flame for five minutes. Let cool. Strain in a glass jar. . (I don't strain). Cover and refrigerate. (Makes enough for a week with one teaspoonful a day. (I use 1 tbs, hope its not too much. If you try this and it helps, tell the List and Ed Kasper. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge. You use this on vegieburgers and what else??? Is it a sauce or spread or ??? after you make it??
