Guest guest
First off, to the person that sent me the invite to join this List: Thank You! Looks as though I shall learn a lot! Secondly, I am not a Noni juice dealer & do not care to be. Now for my question: Anyone tried it? What do you think of it? What is it actually supposed to do for ones body? Making my monthly supply purchases at the local health food grocery I saw Noni Juice & recollected radio infomercials about it that I never really paid attention to. A woman walked up whilst I was looking at it picked up two bottles. I asked her about it & basically she swore it is why she is alive today. (Granted it may be what she needed in her life, though it may not be what you or I need. I Acknowledge we all have our own " problems. " ) Anyway, I bought a bottle. Though at $40, & this being some of the most vile tasting stuff I have ever encountered, I need some actual facts as to what this stuff truly does before I lay out that kind of monies again! I understand it also comes in capsules & it is much cheaper to buy this way. Why? Geez, at least one could then escape that hideous taste. The brand I purchased is Noni Pacific, certified organic. It is not cut with sweet juices like some of the other brands. Yeah, no some wonder they mix in sweet juices, to cover the taste & obviously help their profits. Thanks, Vache
Guest guest
Dramatic new research shows that Ningxia wolfberries may have the highest antioxidant capacity of all know fruits and vegetables. A laboratory test know as ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity), developed by USDA researchers at Tuft's University rates juice made from wolfberries as the number one antioxidant product on the market today. When compared with Tahitian NONI, juice made from wolfberries has a supreme advantage over all antioxidant nutritionals. Ningxia wolfberry was shown to have the single highest antioxidant ability of any food tested. Lynn <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< " He did not send us into this world to suffer. Hi Lynn, Nothing on Tuft's site about workberries? I did a search for wolfberries. http://www.tufts.edu/ Where did you get this? Prunes are at the top of the latest ORAC list I have. Guest guest
Noni juice - I brought some about 2 years ago when it first became popular. My eldest son reacted to it, I reacted to it, and my middle child reacted so badly I rushed her to the doctor as she had an anaphylactic reaction to it. So much for Noni juice! For some it might work well, but for our family, it did not. Guest guest
Greg, I got my information from the packaging of a juice we drink, " Berry Young Juice " . The information says it has an ORAC rating of 4,214. What did prunes score? Lynn <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< " He did not send us into this world to suffer. Guest guest
Have a look at this site: http://stopcancer.com/essential_oils_antioxidant.htm An extract is produced below Compare these numbers with the berries and you can sell how potent essential oils really are. The last six oils on this chart are even more powerful than wolfberries. Clove is the champion of all with an ORAC score over 10 million!! That means a drop of Clove contains 400 times more antioxidant per unit volume than wolfberries, the most powerful of all know fruits. lhenley676 [lhenley676] 08 November 2001 01:38 Gettingwell Re: Noni Juice Dramatic new research shows that Ningxia wolfberries may have the highest antioxidant capacity of all know fruits and vegetables.
