I keep a spray bottle made up from 1/8 CS and 7/8 water and I use it to clean bench surfaces, knives, my hands even before I handle food. It removes the smell of onions immediately. I spray or dunk pieces of chicken in it before cooking them to destroy any lurking bacteria. I spray fruit, I add a dash to water when I am cooking food. I gargle with it straight, use in ears from time to time, put on cuts etc to help with healing. It is probably the most used item in our home. I take a 1/4 cup most days and should I feel flu coming on I drink two or three 8 ounce glass fulls during the day. I have been taking CS for years. Regards, Judith. - william falls silver-list Wednesday, November 07, 2001 5:06 AM CS>hi list I am attempting to share some info about CS on one of my other groups, there are people there that are interested, but others that are concerned that it is not safe to ingest. If anyone would like to send some positive and uplifting words of encouragement to them, about CS, It might prove worthwhile. Not some BS, but hard scientific and medical fact. http://okicent.org/index.html If the Hunzas are NEVER sick, why do they die? > They have " rosy complexions, good features., and > lovely eyes " . Guest guest
I have seen the Hunzas used as proof that the water has no minerals. They live at high altitude and their water is melted snow that comes cascading down the mountain. How much mineral can the water pick up from slick rock in this short distance? My thinking, without any proof is that the water probably picks up very little mineral but is very high in oxygen. The ground water should contain lots of minerals just South of the Hunzas after we pulverize some mountains trying to get Bin Laden. william falls [wfalls] Tuesday, November 06, 2001 8:15 PM Gettingwell Fw: CS>hi list - " Marshall Dudley " <mdudley <silver-list Tuesday, November 06, 2001 8:12 PM Re: CS>hi list > Absolutely. I've heard a lot about Hunzas & their water but that is new. Thanks. ron > > Jdownmaine wrote: > > > > > It is very puzzling to me that we can fearlessly drink tap water with > > > loads of chlorine, flouride, iron, copper, and other metals and > > > minerals we know nothing about and haven't measured, but a little > > > silver worries us! Guest guest
Hi Greg, Good to know that somebody shares my opinion of Flanagan. I've known of him for a dozen years or so & that was my 1st impression & my current one but I'm not ready to reject the Hunza water analysis since that is not mentioned by Flanagan in promoting his own water additive that he sells. ron _____________ Get the FREE email that has everyone talking at http://www.mail2world.com <> > > Greg Watson > 11/7/2001 2:15:21 PM > Gettingwell > Re: Fw: CS>hi list > Well that says it all, Dr. Flanagan, one of the world great scam artists. > > Live long, > Greg Watson > > > > Getting well is done one step at a time, day by day, building health > and well being. > > To learn more about the Gettingwell group, > Subscription and list archives are at: > Gettingwell > >

Recent new studies have found the Hunzas are not long lived at all and suffer from their diet. They are however very good at lying about their age. The longest living, birth & death record verified folks on the planet are the Okinawan Elders. Greg

Hi Ron, OK just know the Okinawan Elders are the longest living group on the planet. Read the 25 year study " The Okinawan Program " .
