Guest guest
I started taking glucosamine a few weeks ago. My pain has increased. My VERY knowledgeable friend said that it is very possible that the gluc is what has caused the increase of pain due it thickening the soft tissues. It works very well for arthritis and i have seen that several times, but often with fibro it causes more pain. So if a person tries it they might want to be aware of this fact when you experiment with it. It is very helpful for some and not for others. It does take a while (weeks or months) to work at rebuilding the cartilage so it may take time to work if it is going to. ----- original message-------- Glucosamine sulfate 900 mg capsules 3 x 3 times a day Plus shark cartilage twice what it says on the bottle and for pain either get white willow bark in bulk or capsules and take this for the pain. Don't expect instant results because I presume that person has had this condition for some time. -- anomie " The cutting edge is here, which side of the blade are YOU on??
