Guest guest
Rick, i read the articles you noted, but what does this have to do with the possibility of the glucosamine increasing the pain? I understand the need for omega 3 but what is the relationship that you are implying? Guest guest
Hi anomie Aside from the pain control that omega 3 provides - it also helps modulate calcium and collagen utilization. It is the balance of omega 3 and omega 6 that is crucial for more of the bodies metabolic controls than scientists have yet to discover. Glucosamine never worked for me but collagen did. The best form of collagen is chicken cartilage with the second best source = Schiffs Joint Free Plus with glucosamine and chondroitin at about $20 mo. from costco. Pain relief from Joint Free Plus is usually 1 - 2 weeks also with less clicking in the joints. Best wishes Rick anomie wrote: > Rick, i read the articles you noted, but what does this have > to do with the possibility of the glucosamine increasing the pain?
