Actually, I am starting to realize that my recent need for LESS calcium supplementation is probably due to taking omega 3's and 6's for the last few months. Maybe we should have a list just for omega discussions. Seems like a broad subject. If you start it, I will join. . . " If you build it, they will come. " Smile.
