Hi Rick. Actually I didn't write the above, but I loved the reply anyway.

Thanks for continuing to beat the efa drum. I am starting to get it. Actually,

I am starting to realize that my recent need for LESS calcium supplementation is

probably due to taking omega 3's and 6's for the last few months.

 

Maybe we should have a list just for omega discussions. Seems like a broad

subject. If you start it, I will join. . . " If you build it, they will come. "
