Finally, I eliminated all supplements, and slowly put back one by one. Yep...it was the calcium . i feel soooooo much better NOT taking it. And also, whether it is take with cofactors like magnesium and trace minerals. Some calciums can make things worse. Also there was a reference to vitamin K on lef.org that shows it keeps calcium from settling in the joints - so eat lettuce and almonds and any other source of vitamin K.
