Guest guest
As a foolish youngster I drank soda pop several times every day and rotted out some of my teeth. I always ate nutritious food- but did not truly avoid sugar until 1950; Since then my teeth and gums have been healthy. I disagree with part of the; " How to Heal Gum Disease Gum Disease---Robert O Nara http://www.whale.to/d/nara.html " Article; brushing and flossing is needed once a day to remove plaque otherwise it builds up and irritates the gum-then the gum recedes and does not grow back and if continued the teeth will get loose! On the other hand I agree fully that a nutritious diet is important. And I believe that Vitamin C really helps the gums. If your gums bleed when you brush---get your teeth cleaned-to get the plaque off and eat more fruit and stop eating sugar and white flour. Get off sugar and the fruit will taste great.
