I know that omega 3 taken to late in the day will impede sleep.

Also if you don't eat red meat you may be short on omega 6 in

which case hemp oil would be better for you.

I eat buffalo, but not beef. Beef just doesn't sit well with me. And I do

Evening Primrose oil.

 

And I took it early in the day, before noon. I know that dha is supposed to be

good for the nervous system, but for me it felt like I was on caffiene or

something, like it was driving my nervous system. Overstimulating it or

something. So the easy solution is to get off of it.

 

Thanks for the info on red meat and night time dosage. That is new to me.
