Guest guest
Hi Jean, Try eating canned fish, some canned vegetables(No Sugar Added) that are cheap. Fresh fruit and veggies on sale, cheap meat and nuts on sale. The meat should be cooked rare. Buy some MSM at $2 a lb at the vet or horse store and some Vitamin C powder #149 from Bronson 1 800 235 3200 or www.bronsonlabs.com some C Q10, some natural E a strong B selenium, Zinc and maybe some others. Bronson has an all insurance powder that is interesting -- you should need to get by with $20 to 40 a month. find some salt that has the 70 or more trace elements and DRINK ten glasses of water a day. Jean, I read the labels and compare prices--too many of these high priced things are overpriced. I have been using Bronson for over 30 years and have seen many good comments on them. They have the lowest cost vitamin C powder. NOW jean you have to stop eating sugar and flour foods; except a little whole grain flour. You have to eat only what was available 200 and 10,000 years ago. The junk food is extremely expensive and it causes nothing but trouble. If you have been eating it- then what you save by changing to carrots-- in place of junk food will easily pay for the vitamins you really need. On the other hand if you keep on with a poor diet;; Forget the vitamins they can not overcome a lunch of do-nuts! Good Luck, you may need it! Guest guest
Thanks Lorenzo, I am doing pretty much these things, except for meat, I do have fish on occasion. What does the msm do for you? Why vit. C in powder form? And how do you take it? Thank you so much for taking the time to help me! Guest guest
Cooked rare will leave most of the enzymes in the meat still active and still give you a hot meal. Also, rare meat satisfies you with less food. You'll find you can eat less and still not be hungry. Chuck A mind is a terrible thing to taste!
