Healthy Greetings to all you health searching list members!

First of all, I want to introduce myself: My name is Benno Sternig and

I am residing in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, in the beautiful

Kawartha Lakes region.

 

I immigrated from Austria to Canada in 1952 and I also speak and write

German. However, in English I make sometimes mistakes and if you see

them in my future postings, please disregard them. But, I can inform

you that I have a wealth of health information and I promise you to

share them all with you list members. All my health know how is based

on practical experience with real people. I will not diagnose any

health problem, I only will suggest what a person should do and it is

up to the individual person to follow my advise. I have to remind all

of you, that there is a legal aspect involved by giving someone health

advise and this is according to the regulatory health laws we have in

Canada and USA. I therefore will only tell you what I will do or

someone else did according to my suggestions and what the result was.

 

Before I close my posting I want to address the list owner Frank: I

have to congratulate you for establishing a very informative health

list. I am sure, as time goes on, the list members will be able to

receive more and more valuable information relating to their health
