I am currently taking Schizandra berry tea, mixed with

separately prepared nettle tea, daily. I have found

it to be effective in improving mood and vitality.

I have been informed that it improves the absorption

by the body of EFO's like those found in flaxseed oil.

I have a strong tendency to depression, but have found

taking this tea combination has removed entirely that

tendency, as long as I take it nearly everyday. (I

sometimes skip a day.)

I have heard that depression can be caused by a lack

of essential fatty acids (EFO's) so I was wondering if

anyone could tell me if they have had similar results.

I Quote a previous post:

The human body cannot function properly without two

polyunsaturated

fats - linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid. These fatty

acids, which are found in Flaxseed Oil are truly

essential to normal

cell structure and body function. These acids found in

omega-3 oils such as Flax Oil have been extensively

studied for their

beneficial effects on the human body.

Some Conditions Improved by Omega-3 Oils:

High Cholesterol Levels

Prevention of Strokes and Heart Attacks

Angina

High Blood Pressure

Arthritis

Multiple Sclerosis

Psoriasis and Eczema

Cancer Prevention and Treatment

Allergies

Asthma

Calmness Under Stress

Vitality
