Guest guest
I meant to ask if anyone knows of the best combinations to put in a juicer to make the drink a good all round preventative drink, or is it enough just to rotate through lots of different fruits and veggies. Thanks for any advice. Love Shell.
Guest guest
There are books out there devoted to juice recipes for health recovery. An excellent one that tastes good also is one medium beet (you can toss in the beetgreens too) two stalks of celery 3/4 to one full pound of carrots slice of ginger root Branch out from there, but you can't go wrong with this. Chuck Sub-space communications--the next best thing to beaming there!
