Dearest Marlena, What a heartfelt, powerful testimonial! Would you mind sharing with us what the powder form supplement is you are taking? I had a few thoughts, while reading your story. Your problems started around the age of 9 and increasing during puberty leading you to have suicidal thoughts. Also, during pregnancy you felt emotionally stable and after your daughter was born went into a deep depression. Was wondering if you've ever had your hormones checked, not by blood work but with a saliva test. When one has correct nutritional eating habits they often will breeze right through puberty with no problem. However, if the nutritional demands aren't there, problems often arise during that time. During pregnancy the progesterone level is high. After delivery it dramatically drops which will lead to a hormonal imbalance and depression. I don't know if any of this applies to you, but it might be something you'd like to check out. Hormonal imbalance can cause so very much havoc in a person's life. I appreciate you telling your story. Thank you so much. All my best to you and yours. Gail
