Guest guest
A blender will work but of course the fiber is not separated out as a juicer does. My personal opinion is that a little of that fiber is good to promote bowel movement but I can be corrected. One of the main values of juicing is that juice is digested & absorbed in the stomach thereby giving the liver a rest & a chance to begin it's function of removing toxins from the body. Assuming you are restricting other foods. ron _____________ Get the FREE email that has everyone talking at http://www.mail2world.com <> > > Elaine Sonnie > 10/26/2001 5:48:47 PM > Gettingwell > Re: juicers, question > > Would a blender work for some things??? > > elaine s > --- the desert_rat wrote: > > Had a Champion juicer & got tired of the stringy > > veges like celery & > > spinach > > > > getting wound around the grater.
