Would a blender work for some things???

A blender will work but of course the fiber is not separated

 

out as a juicer does. My personal opinion is that a little of that

 

fiber is good to promote bowel movement but I can be corrected.

 

 

 

One of the main values of juicing is that juice is digested &

 

absorbed in the stomach thereby giving the liver a rest & a

 

chance to begin it's function of removing toxins from the body.

 

Assuming you are restricting other foods.
