Guest guest
Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 49 year old gramma. I recently (Aug. 01) began juicing and made radical changes in my diet. I had been following a low carbohydrate diet for three years and had lost 90 pounds but was beginning to feel pretty lousy again. When I first started that way of eating I felt good, had lots of energy and most joint aches went away but for the last six month or so I have been going downhill and couldn't figure out why. I have not been diagnosed with any major illness mainly because I haven't been to a doctor in years. I am on a limited income and can't afford to go to doctors which may be a blessing in disguise. Anyway since Aug. I have become vegetarian and honestly, I don't really feel any better yet. I seem to run out of energy in the afternoon and seem to have a lot of trouble concentrating. I understand that it takes a long time to detox from all the stuff I've put in my body over the years so I am trying to be patient but I am ready to feel better. I find this list very informative. Thanks, Kayla Make a great connection at Personals. http://personals.
