Hi Lynn and all,

I'm getting lost with all these most. LOL I will say this about high

cholestrol, garlic works great. It really does. I use to take only one

garlic capsule daily; still had high cholestrol. Increased it to two, and

got results. No more high cholestrol!

Dear Group,

For cholesterol, I would also like to point out the

same site and information about Linus Pauling and Dr.

Rath.

Their protocols target cholesterol, plaque in the

arteries and heart disease and the treatment is for

all is just about the same substances.

The web site is at:

good luck,

Frank

I like garlic because misquitoes and fleas quit attacking me once I started

using it. Sad to say though that my husband also became a little more

hesitant to attack me as well. Then I discovered odorless garlic pills,

somehow the bugs can smell it, but my husband doesn't... lol. I still like

it in my stir fry occasionally. I'm just feeling giddy today. Take care all.

Hi Marlena,

It took me a while to put the two posts together. What a contrast between

this one and the one telling your story. It's so good to hear your

giddiness! Keep up the good work, dear lady. Good going!

Make sure you get the correct red yeast rice. There are two (at least two) kinds of

red yeast rice. One is good for

high cholesterol, the other is good for building bone.
