Pixie,

PWS is a new one for me. I guess I had PWS when I gave up tobacco.

Here is something I ran across that I'm thinking about trying, sounds very interesting, do a search on Google.

L-theanine was awarded "Nutraceutical of the Year" for 1999 in NUTRACON NEWS. The amino L-theanine, a major active component of Green Tea, is taken to produce relaxation without inducing drowsiness. In addition, research suggests that L-theanine may have applications in controlling hypertension, lowering blood pressure, reducing social anxiety and social phobia, improving learning performance, heightening mental acuity, promoting concentration, reducing caffeine nervous effects, and supporting the immune system.

Hello,

Just my suggestion. I have a friend that has had some problems with amino acids. I can tell you from experience that if you add some of one and you really don't need THAT ONE, it can throw off a few more. There is a blood test to figure the level of your amino acids. My chiropractor took it for him and it was costly BUT, it changed his life completely. Part of the problem with learning about all the natural things out there is not knowing the rest of the story. I just don't want you to learn the hard way. It can be a great cost to your health.

Many Blessings,

Deb
