And speaking of " Gettingwell " , that's what I'm doing know. Went to the ER today and diagnosed with bronchitis. Battling this chest cold for two weeks. Finally had to do something. It sure brought my body way down. With the information from this group, maybe there won't be anymore of such. I haven't gotten to read all of the posts yet, but will. I was pulled directly to the " Vitamin C " post. I always use to keep Vitamin C and take it every day. Also my children. I liked the chewable pills. I could just grab one and run. I have this paranoia of swallowing big pills anyway. Anyway, thanks for this group and thanks Pixie for introducing it to me. Guest guest
Welcome Marlene, Hopefully we will havea lot of articles about vitamin C here. Most everyone thinks they understand vitamin C. Drink your OJ right. Actually its been used to cure polio, and many other heavy duty diseases. There have been stufies done back to the 1930's, but have still not been disseminated to the public in a wide spread manner. Most of it has been suppressed. Maybe we can unearth it for all of us. Please be careful with the crewable vitamin C it can damage the enamal on the teeth. I recently stopped buying the chewables for myself and family and now get the GNC vitain C crystal...you get 2000 mg from just 1/2 tsp. It has no sugar and tastes like unsweetened lemonaide. I sweeten it with a little stevia for the kids and give them a dose as they go out to school each morning. Namaste, HerbalMomma
