Guest guest
I would suggest you look up the site thechinastudy.com and click on excerps as well as other items . I hope it opens a new way to look at cancer treatment in addition to existing treatment and with no side effects . If anyone has read this book , please comment on it . oleander soup , robert-blau wrote: > > Sounds typical . . . > > #438 : Free Weekly Newsletter by Ralph W. Moss, PhD. Guest guest
First of all the Journal of the National Cancer Institute is part of the mainstream cancer industry and it does not surprise me to see a study saying that fruits and vegetables are not cancer preventive. By the same token we also have seen numerous studies that would have us believe that vitamins, minerals and other nutrients are ineffective. What utter hogwash! But that is what I have come to expect from the sickness industry. A patient cured or a patient who prevents disease is a patient lost and the trillion dollar sickness industry is all about making money. Yes, I have read most of the China Study. My opinion and that of many other non-biased observers is that it contains a lot of very good information but that it is also biased and flawed. A careful observer can see that the author, who has an admitted bias against meat, designed and conducted the study to support his proposition that an all vegetarian diet is healthiest. While it is true that the more vegetable and fruits one consumes, the more healthy and long lived one tends to be, that is true only to a point and it is an inescapable truth that the longest lived peoples on earth all consume at least some meat. When it comes to actively fighting existing cancer the more our diets are raw vegetarian the better in general. Otherwise, the more mostly raw vegetables and fruits we consume the healthier our diets will be. HOWEVER, we are most decidedly not herbivores. We are omnivores who have developed for eons on a diet that includes meat and, while I will agree that it is possible to have an all vegetarian diet with very careful planning, and while I understand the moral issues some feel with eating things with faces on them, the fact remains that we are omnivores at the top of the food chain and most of us will be better served by a diet is close to what our paleo ancestors ate - and that includes eating at least some meat.
