Colloidal silver based product, excellent for sinusitis, congestion,

colds. Helped solve some really bad congestion/sinusitis problems I was

having last year (So bad I didn't sleep normally for two months; this

helped clear it up -- PERMANENTLY). Also, just helped me get through a

bad cold in short order.
