Guest guest
It is my understanding that fructose is one form of sugar in the sugar compound ant that High Fructose simply means that there is a high (large) percentage of fructose in the corn syrup. IMHO Cheers, Doug - francies2 Sunday, January 03, 2010 6:51 AM << --S-A-- >> Re: Watch out for fructose I've always been of the understanding there is a difference between fructose and high fructose (corn syrup) In parts of this information it uses " fructose " and in other areas it states " high fructose corn syrup " . Is it your opinion, based on this info that fructose which is different than high fructose (in my understanding) are, in fact the same?
