It is my understanding that fructose is one form of sugar in the sugar compound

ant that High Fructose simply means that there is a high (large) percentage of

fructose in the corn syrup. IMHO

I've always been of the understanding there is a difference between fructose

and high fructose (corn syrup) In parts of this information it uses " fructose "

and in other areas it states " high fructose corn syrup " . Is it your opinion,

based on this info that fructose which is different than high fructose (in my

understanding) are, in fact the same?
