The disaster in Haiti has touched all of our hearts and given meaning to

the word compassion. Whenever a world shaking event such as the Tsunami,

9/11 and the earthquake in Haiti reach in and touch our world, the

problems we are dealing with often become almost transparent. These

events always raise the questions of " why " and " for what reason. " I

personally believe that these events and those whose lives are lost or

challenged because of them have been created through soul agreement to

expand human consciousness and compassion. The Haitian people are
