Guest guest
They aren't quite the same thing. Fructose is IN HFCS. But I'm not sure how the labelling always works. The article, however, I believe, suggests getting all your fructose from fruit. For more basics on fructose and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), search on wikipedia, naturalnews.com, mercola.com, and altmedicine.about.com. Posted by: " francies2 " francies2 francies2 Wed Jan 6, 2010 6:41 pm (PST) I've always been of the understanding there is a difference between fructose and high fructose (corn syrup) In parts of this information it uses " fructose " and in other areas it states " high fructose corn syrup " . Is it your opinion, based on this info that fructose which is different than high fructose (in my understanding) are, in fact the same?
