Watch out for fructose

They aren't quite the same thing. Fructose is IN HFCS. But I'm not sure

how the labelling always works. The article, however, I believe,

suggests getting all your fructose from fruit.

I've always been of the understanding there is a difference between

fructose and high fructose (corn syrup) In parts of this information it

uses " fructose " and in other areas it states " high fructose corn syrup " .

Is it your opinion, based on this info that fructose which is different

than high fructose (in my understanding) are, in fact the same?
