Guest guest Posted January 2, 2010 Report Share Posted January 2, 2010 I've always been of the understanding there is a difference between fructose and high fructose (corn syrup) In parts of this information it uses " fructose " and in other areas it states " high fructose corn syrup " . Is it your opinion, based on this info that fructose which is different than high fructose (in my understanding) are, in fact the same?
