I am not sure weather your in an area that has the windmill water machines, if so they have the cleanest water you can find, but it is dead, it needs to be brought back to life by adding a little fresh lemon juice, or adding one of the water additives.

Drinking alkaline water, and lots of it, could neutralize some systemic metabolic acidity, in theory creating a pH environment not conducive to the benefit of tumors.Michael L. Well, I don't know that the magnesium would be any problem. Indeed, I

believe that's GOOD for you. (Also, supposedly drinking HARD water [not

to be confused with hard cider] is healthful [hey, hard cider might be,

too]. )

Bicarbonate is part of the body's natural pH balance system, as well as

being found in baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).

But you may want to continue to research, including seeing if any

adjustment in mineral supplementation would be appropriate. Again,

posting a question to Dr. Weil and Dr. Whitaker might be useful.

Best,

RB

In another where i belong, someone reliable said that

alkaline water has high bicarbonate then high magnesium content.

I don't  understand exactly what this means. Is this good or bad?

Should i stop taking my magnesium supplement as well as calcium?  The

water filtration system of Berkey does not remove minerals.

Thanks for any comment.
