Sounds like a good idea, Melly. Some more ideas might be found in " Aurvedic

Cooking for Self Healing " by Vasant Lad.

 

Also, Soothanol from NorthStar Nutritionals makes a real good liniment, as does

Joint Soothe from mapi.com, and Kwan Loong Oil from Chinese herbal shops.

 

Also, homeopathics and various supplements would be worth researching

(naturalnews.com, altmedicine.about.com, drweil.com, Minnesota Wellness Center).
